Software installation: Upgrades & troublshooting. I have advanced knowledge of many accounting software packages. Especially those dealing with GL, PR, AP, AR and reporting. I am well versed in Microsoft Office.
Report Writing: I have experience writing many different types of reports and queries. Some of the tools I have used to create reports include Crystal, SSRS & FRx. I am a specialist in writing financial reports of many types.
Remote Troubleshooting: I can usually establish a remote connection to your computer and solve the issue without having to come on site. We can be on a phone conference while I am working and I will answer your questions and let you know what I am fixing and why.
