My Experience:
My first major project inolved writing complex legal software for law firms specializing primarily in collections for clients such as Sears and American Airlines. The applications included a database with information on all clients and their cases. Ad-hoc reports and detailed historial reports were created. Detailed legal documents were created which merged information from databases into these documents, which were used in court cases and other legal proceedings. Attorney time and expenses were also tracked and reports created for monthly billing to their clients. Support of Novell and Windows Network Servers was provided. I have 30 hours of college accounting, 8 years as IT Director in a Public Accounting Firm. Served as Senior Consultant for 2 Consulting firms. I also spent 3 years as the controller for a Wholesale Produce Company.
Recent projects have included working with Sharepoint creating Knowledge bases, web sites and other shared information. Applying my in-depth knowledge of Windows Servers and MS SQL Server for clients in a installation and/or support role. I have extensive support knowledge working either on-site or remotely via VPN, RDP, Gotomeeting and various other remote support tools. I sometimes serve as senior technical support analyst for clients.
