Technically proficient in service pack application and financial (SSRS & FRx) reporting. Advanced knowledge of SharePoint MOSS & WSS. Well versed with Exchange/Outlook.   • Maintained WAN spanning 6 locations spanning 150 miles (Pueblo to Brighton). 

  • Extensive use of both Citrix & Terminal Server.

  • Primary accounting software was Navision.  Database platforms used for software applications were MS SQL Server, Oracle, C-Side, Access and FoxPro.  Most troubleshooting done remotely via VPN, RDP, PC Anywhere and Citrix Shadowing. Network included over 60 users.  During my tenure replaced all workstations with upgraded machines.

  • Lead analyst on an escalation team.  Administered internal servers used for storing customer databases needed to troubleshoot issues.  Remote troubleshooting frequent method of problem resolution.

  • Developed material for internal training.  Primary resource for creating and maintaining internal knowledge base.  Awarded Employee of the month during my 4 years there.
